What is a website service plan?
You’re probably familiar with more “traditional” website pricing where it costs thousands of dollars to have a site built. We think is the wrong approach. Websites are not like a house you build once then keep from falling apart.
They are a living organism, constantly changing, being updated, and expected to respond to a dynamic environment. Our website plans ensure you always have a simple, effective, and speedy website that makes your brand look good and lands you more customer activity.
How long do I need to pay for the website?
Our plans all require an 18-month commitment. After that, it’s-month to-month. But here’s what’s cool: Every 36 months, we give you a fresh website! You can leave any time after 18 months, but we find most clients enjoy having us manage the website for them, and love having the option to redesign it every three years.
There has to be a catch, right?
There’s no catch. We pioneered this model in 2015 and even actively coach other agencies on how to do this. Why? Because we’ve found that it’s the best model for us and for our clients! You shouldn’t have to be a web designer, and the reality is, most websites shouldn’t cost thousands of dollars up front with today’s technology.
Do you offer other services?
Yes, we have a few other services available, but we only offer them to current active customers that are using our philosophy of marketing. These include email newsletters and onboarding funnels, copywriting, advanced SEO/blogging, and more.
What are the Managed CRM & Integrations in the Pro plan?
One way we empower customers is through giving them tools. We think local small business owners are missing a huge opportunity with email marketing, so we give them an in-site platform to manage their contacts, create email campaigns, and more.
This CRM has the ability to integrate with other platforms such as appointment calendars, membership programs, events ticketing software, and others. The CRM and integrations are a great way to take your marketing to the next level, which is why they’re included in our Pro plan.
What if I need more pages?
We can add more pages to any website plan for $10/month/page. By “page,” we mean informational page that describe aspects of your services, company, etc.
For example: blog posts, directory listings, forums, podcast distribution, et cetera would not count as pages, since those actually add additional functionality to the website that is not included in these pages. If you wish to add additional functionality to the website, please contact us for a custom quote.
I thought this was a marketing company, why do you not offer more marketing services?
The word “marketing” is tricky. For local small businesses, we’ve found very few devote serious dollars to marketing, and mostly think in terms of specific activities like pay-per-click, Facebook marketing, or blogging.
But we’ve found that the most effective marketing is usually more elusive than that. It’s found in the little things, like the heading on your website, how easy it is to do business with you, and how many reviews you have on Google.
Our simple plans are designed to cut through the noise and clutter most marketing companies offer and get down to the stuff that really matters. As a website-centric company, we treat the website as your marketing hub and work with you to create the best “bang for your buck” there.
Why does the Plus plan say online booking OR community?
Some clients do not need the ability to book and pay for appointments, so we give those customers the option to have an online space to foster community through forums, events, or some other aspect of community management.
What's a "starter website" in the Lite plan?
This simply means we begin by customizing a template rather than building from the ground up. Since we customize it to your brand, colors, and text, it ends up being entirely unique, but cuts down on the time it takes to build! This is really great if you’re just getting started and need to save time and money.
